How to Make A Good Government

I think how to make a good government is to improve the performance of the government itself first. due to the welfare of society can the conditions at this time, required the assistance of all parties to participate in the development down the country.

Well as the need for bureaucracy in the government, as we know in Indonesia is still bad in the bureaucracy for example the manufacture of smart cards, health insurance, and ID card are still slow in handling and service to the community and sometimes officers are not supposed to ask for costs imposed on society.
so to make a good government is good and necessary bureaucracy needed good actors, so that the system is running as expected.
